Rappelant au peuple rwandais que le parti FPR-Inkotanyi a montré son intention de fermer l’espace politique à jamais en nous refusant à deux reprises l’entrée au pays pour participer à la vie politique bien que cela soit notre droit inaliénable reconnu par la Constitution du Rwanda et les accords internationaux ratifiés par le Rwanda ;
Le Congrès décide de ce qui suit :
1. Ne jamais renoncer au droit d’aller mener notre lutte politique au Rwanda jusqu’à ce que le pouvoir soit remis entre les mains du peuple. Nous refusons de donner au FPR le CADEAU PRECIEUX d’abandonner le combat pacifique pour la démocratie.
2. Participer à toutes les élections. A cet effet, nous élisons et présentons au peuple rwandais et au monde entier le candidat qui représentera le parti Ishema aux élections présidentielles prévues en 2024 en la personne de Madame Nadine Claire KASINGE.
